Labor Day Family Weekend Retreat
August 30 – September 2

Labor Day Weekend traditionally signals the end of summer and the beginning of fall. Families, young, old, and in between, will enjoy this weekend retreat opportunity to relax, play, learn, and grow in faith. A variety of activities is combined with ample free time, so when you are not making a craft, enjoying the campfire sing-a-long, making ice cream, or going for a boat ride, you can sit back and toast a marshmallow, read a good book, or go for a hike.

AVAILABLE PACKAGES:

Campground (August 30-September 2)
Bring your own tent or camper and set up on one of twenty-five private campsites. Each campsite is located off the unpaved driveway that passes through the family campground. A handful of sites even come equipped with 110-Volt electricity hookups (hurry, these go quickly). Occupancy on each site is limited to six persons. An exception to this rule is granted for immediate families (parents and dependent children) comprised of more than six persons. Fire-rings and a picnic table are provided on each site, as campground guests cook their own food. Showering and toilet facilities are located in Caldwell Pavilion in the heart of the campground. The base fee includes a three-night stay and a small program fee. You may arrive any time on Friday and depart any time on Monday. Want to extend your weekend? Spend Thursday or Monday night for an additional fee.

Each cabin has six bunk beds and one twin-size single bed. There are electric outlets and overhead lights in each cabin—so you don’t have to worry about fumbling around in the dark! Showering and toilet facilities are located in the West Shore Bathhouse, a short walk up the hill from the cabins. You may arrive any time after noon on Friday. Programming will end at noon on Monday.
West Shore Cabin (Friday-Monday): $110 per cabin
