We can’t think of a better way of breaking one’s Lenten fast than with some delicious treats from our first Bake Sale of 2026!

And with pick-up being the weekend before Easter, you don’t have to worry about a lengthy wait before chowing down on the delectable treats on offer. But, you will need to place your order by 2:30 PM ET on Thursday, March 26th, to secure those treats!

Pickup will be available under the carport of Founders’ Lodge at Sky Lake from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM on SATURDAY, MARCH 28th.

Here’s what Kevin has on baking list for this special bake sale:

• Chocolate Chip Cookies
• Macaroons
• Carrot cake cupcakes
• Dinner Rolls
• Key Lime Pie

Special Orders:

• Is there something from a previous bake sale that you’d really like to have Kevin bake for you? Want two dozen carrot cake cupcakes? Looking for gluten-free cookies? For a $20 minimum, we’d be delighted to prepare a special order for you for pickup during this Bake Sale (or another agreed-upon time.) Please email Kevin to inquire about feasibility.

Jigsaw Puzzle Fundraiser:

• We are excited to offer a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle of the iconic Jesus painting which resides in Underwood Lodge. For a $50 donation through our Square store, we’ll send you one of these limited-edition puzzles (or you may opt to pick it up during a bake sale.)

Here’s how it works:

• Place an order at our online shop by 2:30 PM on THURSDAY, MARCH 26th (note that this is connected with the Square stand in our gift shop, which uses a central UNYAC account—you may need to select “Sky Lake” as the pickup location)
• Your order will be available for pickup on SATURDAY, MARCH 28th under the carport of Founders’ Lodge at Sky Lake from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM
• The Sky Lake grounds are open for walking, hiking, or just sitting to enjoy the view that Saturday
